The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400, intends to release Solicitation 36C248-25-Q-0377 for the purchase of professional laboratory testing services for water samples collected from the VAMC West Palm Beach for Legionella bacteria. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, Riviera Beach, FL 33410, has a requirement for these services. The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide Laboratory Services to gather water samples, and the transportation, testing and analysis of water samples for domestic water analysis and Legionella bacteria taken from the West Palm Beach VA Healthcare system. Samples are to be collected, transported, and processed by a testing laboratory with extensive experience in microbial testing of potable water that holds a CDC Elite rating certificate. This will include samples from one-hundred twenty-four (124) tests distal water sites and an additional one hundred (100) distal water sites during the year if needed for re-testing at the facility-the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach FL 33410. All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes, which is to be electronically issued, in commercial item format, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 on or about March 24, 2025. The close date will be on or about April 7, 2025.
