The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide Laboratory Services to gather water samples, and the transportation, testing and analysis of water samples for domestic water analysis and Legionella bacteria taken from the West Palm Beach VA Healthcare system. Samples are to be collected, transported, and processed by a testing laboratory with extensive experience in microbial testing of potable water that holds a CDC Elite rating certificate. This will include samples from one-hundred twenty-four (124) tests distal water sites and an additional one hundred (100) distal water sites during the year if needed for re-testing at the facility. No additional information is available currently. Firms with interest and capability to include, Federal Schedule Contract Holders, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUB Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business Concerns and all other business types and sizes may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: Name Capability Statement (to include the Counties/Locations of interest) SAM UEI Info- Home | SAM.gov Type of business (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, etc.) Vet Cert Registration Required for all SDVOSB-VOSB businesses- Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) Contact person-name-e-mail and telephone number.
