This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing a new electric fire pump and motor assembly, to include removing the old pump, installing a new one and commissioning new pump for Building 100 at a firm fixed price for C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg 100, Bay Pines, Florida 33744. ***See attached Draft Statement of Work*** RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: - Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI#, Cage Code - Capabilities Statement - including whether all items are on existing government contract - Contract number (If applicable) - Place of Manufacturing - Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address - Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If applicable) - Informal estimate *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses that meet the Limitations on Subcontracting are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
