DESCRIPTION The Network Contracting Office-8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, intends to solicit and award a contract to provide Medical Gas Testing, Preventative Maintenance, and Repair Services at the Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System facilities in Orlando, Florida. The performance period for this contract will be from the date of award to the date of completion. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811210, with a related small business size standard of $34 Million. The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is an SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about February 07, 2025, via the sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Jan 17, 2025. ANSWER: 150 AMICO outlets are located throughout building 500, not M-deck. The quote is for approximately 150 outlets. Question 2. On page 15 of the solicitation for the source locations it has under the tank farm "12 each (approximately) AMICO Area Alarm Panel." Is this a typo or are you wanting 12 Amico Area Alarm Panels quoted? ANSWER: Area alarm panels are located throughout building 500. The main alarm panels are located within the tank farm. The quote is for approximately 12 area alarm panels. Question 3. Many of the manufacturers recommended PM schedule call for items that have service intervals of 5, 8 & 10 years. Without knowing the PM history on these systems should it be assumed that year 1 will be conducting all of the PM's that have semi-annual, annual, bi-annual, 5 years and 8 years in the base year?
