The James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Central Admixture Pharm Services (CAPS). They are located at 16800 Aston ST Suite 150, Irvine CA 92612. CAPS shall furnish all labor, transportation, tools, and parts necessary to provide full-service maintenance for the Total Parenteral Nutrition system. The Total Parenteral Nutrition system is a proprietary design, therefore another firm would not be familiar with the rationale of the design; not be able to address Request for Information (RFI s) accurately; or accurately provide training for this equipment, which is critical for proper patient care, as well as a sound end product. The James A. Haley VA Medical Center, which will be the primary location for the Total Parenteral Nutrition system, is located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612. This procurement's NAICS code is 325412, and the size standard is 1,300 employees. Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest, and submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than 11:00 AM EST, 01/21/2025.
