The Miami VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the Miami VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: Bruce W. Carter Miami-VA Medical Center 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide to the Government all labor by fully qualified OEM certified technicians, supervision, supplies, tools, and equipment, travel, and monthly Preventative Maintenance- PM services, annual calibration in accordance with NIST standards, and provide and install all new required replacement parts in accordance with the Original Manufacturer (OEM) specification for the following RO Water Treatment System-Portable Millenium HX and all components- Millenium HX, S/N:1353799 Millenium HX, S/N:1352331 Millenium HX, S/N:1352330 Millenium HX, S/N:1366874 Millenium HX, S/N:1336875 Millenium HX, S/N:1366918 CWP System, S/N: 10189738 The Contractor shall ensure the equipment performs at manufacture specifications in accordance to the performance and to published workload usage capacity. The Contractor shall perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and all emergent repairs in accordance to the manufacturer specifications. The technician shall perform required PM s within the month they are due. All equipment is to have any/all PM and repairs performed on site.
