The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 8- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Siemens Artis Pheno X-ray Repair at a firm fixed price for VA C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. ***See attached Draft Statement of Work*** RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI #, Cage Code Capabilities Statement Contract number (if applicable) Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and Small Business Size Standard $34.0 Million employees Authorized work letter from the manufacturer (If applicable) Please answer the following questions: What percentage of the contracted products/services can your company complete as the prime contractor? ___________% What percentage of the contracted products/services would your company subcontract? ____________% If you intend to subcontract any work on this contract, please articulate what work you will be doing as the prime and what work the subcontractor, if any, will be doing. Would the companies receiving subcontracts be like situated companies? This means, if your company is certified SDVOSB, would another SDVOSB receive the subcontracts.
