The West Palm Beach VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center Facility address listed below: West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410 The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide an upgrade to the psychiatric seclusion room, which will be located on the inpatient mental health unit room #3C-205A. The intent of this purchase is to install padding on the floor and walls for the established seclusion room located at the Department. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida. Contractor shall provide services but not limited to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to accomplish work for the installation of safety padding in the psychiatric seclusion room, 3C-205A, Acute Psychiatry Unit. Location is at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach FL 33410. Firms with interest and capability to include, Federal Schedule Contract Holders, Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUB Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business Concerns and all other business types and sizes may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information: Name Capability Statement (to include the Counties/Locations of interest) SAM UEI Info- Home | SAM.gov Type of business (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, etc.) Vet Cert Registration Required for all SDVOSB-VOSB businesses- Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) Contact person-name-e-mail and telephone number.
