The scope of this emergency procurement is to provide maintenance and repair of the Cyberknife Radiology system. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, parts, and services necessary to provide a full-service contract including software updates, preventative maintenance and repair of the Accuray Cyberknife, including all hardware and software in, precision planning treatment planning system with workstation located in 035a-32 radiation therapy equipment. The period of performance (POP) will be for 12-months beginning on 1/1/2025 through 12/31/2025. The type of contract is a Firm-Fixed Price. This Justification for award is posted in accordance with FAR 6.305 to the Business Opportunities website (https://www.sam.gov) on December 31, 2025. The NAICS Code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, small business size standard $34 Million. The Contract award has determined to be fair and reasonable price.
