The purpose of this amendment is to Answer Questions submitted surrounding this Solicitation and Extend the Current Date Offers Due. QUESTIONS: In the pricing page you have 2400 each and 800 each for units. Are those units minutes, and are those the total minutes for the PoP? What other languages make up the 800? We interpret almost 250 languages. Spanish is the most common in many places, but the others come at different levels and pricing. If you could be more specific, that would be helpful. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? Performance Expectations: Are there specific metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to assess performance on this contract? Additionally, any information on preferred response times for interpreter availability would be beneficial. Finally, is this purely LPTA? Would you happen to have a specific start date in mind? I wanted to reach out as we specialize in phone interpreting, and I am not certain if this is a total veteran set aside. Would you please confirm? Contract Value: Could you confirm the estimated or maximum contract value over the base year and potential option years? Any additional guidance on the pricing structure or per-unit cost expectations would also be very helpful. The SOW shows historical usage at 155 to 300 minutes per month. So, how are you arriving at the 2400 and 800 that you are asking for on the pricing page? Could you please confirm the expected or average monthly hours for LEP phone interpreter services, particularly for Spanish and other languages? ANSWERS: The units of EACH are the amount of minutes being requested. 2400 minutes (Spanish) and 800 minutes (All Other Languages), this amount is for the Period of Performance as outlined in the Price/Cost Schedule. The languages that make up the other 800 minutes should be quoted at a single price, consider the 250 languages that are to be interpreted.
