The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Lake City Florida, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for construction services for project Replace Windows for buildings No. 82, 74, 64A, 64, 62, 38, 19, and 18 windows to meet hurricane criteria; install hurricane shutters on Building No. 42, 44; paint/seal window openings and eaves on Building No. 42; replace louvers in Building No. 84, and 85; repair brickwork and repair flashing above windows in Building No. 64. The windows will be replaced with units meet the hurricane impact requirements for this area of Florida and maintain Emergency Preparedness for projectile protection as required on the construction drawings and specifications. Contractor period of performance shall be 540 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00, in accordance with VAAR 836.204(h)(1). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about July 12, 2024. The site visit is tentative scheduled for June 24, 2024, at 3:00 PM (EST). All information for this solicitation will be posted at GPE at SAM.GOV. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business
