The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) has a requirement to replace its existing physiological monitoring and telemetry system at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL 33744 and Lee County Healthcare Center at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909. This solicitation will be set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Review ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES for all necessary items for proposal submission upon issuance of the solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about May 13, 2024 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is on or about June 21, 2024, with responses due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov.
