This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide design and construction to upgrade building automation system at all buildings. All portions of the existing system that are obsolete need to be replaced with the latest approved technology. This project will be comprised of the following stages: design, construction, and close-out. The period of performance is 545 calendar day after the Notice to Proceed (NTP), including design phases, Government review phases and construction. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 25, 2024.
