PROJECT NO./TITLE: 675-24-105, Bid-Build (BB) Services, Replace CPAC Carpet Flooring The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement to perform construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary to construct all the elements to Replace CPAC Carpet Flooring in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other specifications. Work Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Lakemont Facility, 2500 S. Lakemont Avenue, Orlando, FL 32814. Estimated Target Completion Period: 150 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR 36.204 (d), the magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size Standard is $45.0 Million. This is a design-build project/solicitation that will use trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government.
