The nourishment rooms shall be renovated to office space and the kitchenettes shall be renovated to add additional equipment and workflow spaces. Work includes the moving/removing of appliances, as well as the conversion to office space in the nourishment area, and the elimination of old cabinets to replace with new cabinets and new appliances in the kitchenette area of the CLC. The contractor shall ensure that any/all aspects of the renovations meet all applicable codes and regulations, including but not limited to any/all new structural support for equipment, room renovations that include walls, floors, ceiling, air supply grills, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and provide complete testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) effort on the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to ensure proper room ventilation requirements are met. Provisions for any/all applicable infrastructure to support equipment installed. The completed rooms shall be certified before the VA accepts the work.
