Line Items 0003AK, 1003AK, 2003AK, 3003AK, and 4003AK serial numbers are listed as Total Care Connect- VPRO 6031621603, that serial number cannot be located. ANSWERS: The current contract number is 36C24824P0802. All of the equipment located in NFSG VHS was installed in the last 5 years. The Medivators and Sterilizers were installed within the last 2 years. All of the equipment was PM d as per manufacturers recommendations during the period of Jan 2024 June 2024. The next PM cycle will start in Sept 2024. An outside vendor completed these services and can be found by researching the current contract number 36C24824P0802. The accurate serial number for Line Items 0003AK, 1003AK, 2003AK, 3003AK, and 4003AK serial numbers are listed as Total Care Connect- VPRO is 31621603. The close date for this solicitation is Extended to 09/03/2024 at 09:00 AM EST.
