The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Healthcare System is seeking a business who can provide all equipment, materials, and support necessary to furnish, assemble and install a 50 x 50 red cedar pergola in the rear of Lake Nona s SimVET facility located at: 13800 Veterans Way Orlando, FL 32827 Please note that this contract will contain incidental construction. The four supporting posts shall be anchored at least 4 deep with twelve additional posts anchored to an existing concrete pad. The attached image is an example of a pergola at another VA facility. This image shall not be regarded as the exact desired product, but rather as a point of reference.
