Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intend to solicit Contractors that could provide maintenance services for Drains, Lift Stations, and Grease Traps for the Orlando VA Healthcare System. Based on Industry responses received from sources sought notice number 36C24824Q12, the Request for Quotation will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed-Price contract award from the solicitation that will be issued electronically to the System for Award Management SAM.gov | Home portal. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation (36C24824Q1411) will be on or about August 12, 2024. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.gov | Home portal prior to contract award, during contract performance period and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. The anticipated base period of performance will be September 23, 2024, through September 22, 2025.
