The Government will conduct a Pre-Solicitation Site Visit before the solicitation period as part of the Market Research process. This is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response, and the government will not reimburse the costs of preparing a response. The site visit is to allow interested vendors/contractors to view the area and measure where the Pergola for Orlando s SimVET facility will be installed. Vendors/Contractors are urged to attend to provide feedback and insight, which will improve the solicitation and assist the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) Team in making the requirement as clear as possible to assist potential offerors in providing the best solution to the government. This is also an opportunity for vendors/contractors to educate themselves about the requirement's general scope and local conditions. OVAHCS team members will be on hand during the visit to answer questions and provide feedback on the potential requirement. All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm.
