Haley Veterans Hospital Network, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL. The clinic needs eye lane equipment in the newly built Lakeland CBOC facility. These systems have proven to be reliable throughout the VA Network. BACKGROUND: The existing Lakeland VA CBOCs will merge into a new facility and expand their services to better serve local veterans. The new facility needs new eye lane optometry equipment. It is necessary to procure the items listed in this package to activate the new facility. SCOPE: James A. Haley is requesting contractors provide name-brand-only equipment; therefore, no substitution will be accepted. The medical facility-grade equipment will be used to provide optometry care to veterans in the local community.
