STATEMENT OF WORK Lakeland 004 Eye Lane GENERAL: The VA s Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Lakeland, FL, located at 2080 Meadowbrook Park Blvd, Lakeland, FL (part of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital Network, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL), has a requirement for the eye lane throughout the newly built Lakeland CBOC facility. These units have been proven to be reliable throughout the VA Network. BACKGROUND: The current Lakeland VA CBOCs will combine into one new facility and expand services to better serve the local veteran community. This new facility requires new medical facility-grade furnishings and office accessories. The procurement of the items listed below and in this package is required for the activation of the new facility. SCOPE: James A. Haley is requesting that contractors provide a brand-name or equal product that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics. The medical facility-grade furniture will be used to support clinical efficiency, design, and patient care.
