BACKGROUND: The Jacksonville N Outpatient VA Clinic (JOPC) is upgrading their current equipment that has reached end of life and expanding for new equipment. SCOPE: The Offeror will be required to provide all equipment and accessories to remove old end of life Skytron surgical booms, OR lights and monitor arms and install the new surgical booms at the JOPC.
