This solicitation will be set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL product. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) (if applicable), Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333111 (Farm Machinery and Equipment) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about July 18, 2024 and will be distributed solely through Contract Opportunities.
