The Department of Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System desires to lease approximately 2,778 NUSF clinical space in the Central Mountainous region of Puerto Rico known as Cordillera Central for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for Utuado s Rural Clinic. 7 parking spaces are required, of which 2 at least must be ADA compliant. A lease up to 5-Years will be considered. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services. Lease space within the following boundaries will be considered: North: HWY 111, HWY 10, HWY 123 & HWY 146 South: HWY 129, HWY 123, HWY 605 & HWY 143 East: HWY 141, HWY 613, Rio Limon (river), HWY 144 & HWY 140 West: HWY 129  A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff. Number of spaces to be offered for parking space, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Building ownership information and authorization from owner to offer the property if applicable. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the proposed building. List of services provided (Utilities, janitorial, pest control, security monitoring, etc.).  The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.  Please note: This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals.
