STATEMENT OF NEED LKL 066 BREAKROOM ITEMS GENERAL: The Break Rooms, Staff Support areas and Patient Support areas of the newly constructed leased consolidation project at the Lakeland Community Based Outpatient Clinic (LKL CBOC) at 2080 Meadowland Park Blvd Lakeland, FL 33803. The facility is combining and expanding its services. BACKGROUND: The LKL CBOC is expanding services in the new facility and has requirements for coffee brewers, microwaves and refrigerators for all staff and patient breakroom areas. The procurement of the below listed equipment, brand name or equal, is required for the new Lakeland CBOC building. SCOPE: The coffee brewers, microwaves, and refrigerators will be utilized in the staff breakrooms as well as some patient waiting areas. This will all be new equipment purchased specifically for the new Lakeland CBOC.
