The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 513210. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, (NCO 08), Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center has a need for Automated Plan Check Documentation Software. We are seeking authorized Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB s), Small Business (SB s) or Large Business (LB s) manufacturers/distributors that can provide this requirement. This Sources Sought Notice is for Automated Plan Check Documentation Software (One year Base plus four one year Options) that are Brand Name or Equal to the Radformation items listed below. Description Qty Unit ClearCalc Secondary Calculation Software Annual Service Agreement 2 LINACS ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software Annual Service Agreement 2 LINACS Salient Characteristics: Vendor will provide an independent Secondary Calculation Software and Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software that delivers accurate results and clinical time-savings. With support for photons, electrons, and brachytherapy, results are quickly calculated and displayed in a user-friendly interface. Software will be installed as a Standalone application for use directly with DICOM plan files from multiple treatment planning systems. Software will require direct integration with Eclipse software, saving the user time as no DICOM export/import is required for plan evaluation. Software evaluates dose constraints and plan checks in one click. Reports can be generated for documentation which are compliant with the ACR-ASTRO Practice Parameter for IMRT guidelines and the new Merit-Based Incentives Payment System quality measure for 3D dose constraints. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought Notice and no contract will be directly awarded on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice.
