Haley Veterans Hospital (JAVH) located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Tampa, Fl. 33612 is issuing sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for brand name only Mosaiq Radiation Oncology s electronic Record and Verify System, in addition to the record and verify system, Mosiaq create plans for patients radiation treatment and also delivers the dose of radiation to the patients. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources (labor, tools, software) necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The vendor shall provide Software Support for Mosaiq System which is Radiation Oncology s electronic Record and Verify System program, to include Phone support and Software upgrades. The Contractor will provide an annual software support agreement for the Mosaiq System which is Radiation Oncology s electronic Record and Verify System. Service includes unlimited phone support during regular business hours including consultations relating to changes in treatment planning systems and network setup and installation assistance. The contractor shall provide 24/7 web support through restricted access web. Support services and Software updates for all modules and features licensed before or during the Maintenance Period and new versions thereof that are released during such period. The contractor shall provide Varian RapidArc for Volume Modulated Arc Therapy with Eclipse Treatment Planning, Connectivity to the board Imaging/cone-beam image generation system, and connectivity to the image generation system. The Contractor shall provide SunCheck QA solution for five years, for the maintenance and service agreement. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year 01/01/2025 thru 12/31/2025 Option year One: 01/01/2026 thru 12/31/2026 Option Year Two 01/01/2027 thru 12/31/2027 Option Year Three 01/01/2028 thru 12/31/2028 Option Year Four 01/01/2029 thru 12/31/2029 THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and business size standard and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) must be verified and certified in VETCERT.
