Could you provide the contract amount and ID? There is currently no incumbent contractor for Fish Tank Maintenance at the Miami VAMC. However, 36C24823P0278 was awarded to Champion Aquariums, Inc. on 11/17/2022 in the amount of $8,092.08 to provide Aquarium Maintenance from 11/17/22 11/16/23. 2) Can a site visit be arranged? Not at this time, there is no site visit for this requirement. 3) If this is not a new award, were there any challenges associated with this project the government would like to see rectified? No issues. 4) I wanted to see if you all had updated pictures on the aquariums by chance? See attached pictures. 5) If you would please confirm how, you would like our proposal to be submitted? Quotes can be submitted by filing out each line item on the Price Schedule or a business quote containing pricing for all line items listed on the Price Schedule. Note: This requirement is for a Base Year plus Four Option Years. 6) Also, asking if a sub can be used? Yes, subcontractors can be used. 7) if so, our sub would like to get a bird s eye view of exactly what type of filter, lighting and species of fish does each aquarium carry, if possible, could we schedule a site visit to properly price this project your immediate response would be greatly appreciated. There is no site visit for this requirement at this time. Filters are Penguin Filters 350 and predominantly Goldfish.
