The C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg. 20, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, has a requirement for a Pulse Laser System. This solicitation will be set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetCert database if applicable (VetCert registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and VetCert information at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and VetCert databases. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, descriptive literature for any equal products, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.
