The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and any other items as necessary to replace 2 steam globe valves that are part of the Heating Hydronic System One Valve is in the Main Hospital Mechanical room and One valve is in the Clinic Basement Mechanical Room. Contractor shall remove and reinstall all, cables, wiring or other equipment necessary to power valves and connect valves to the BAS network cabling to each valve and actuator. Once the new valve is installed, make sure everything is sealed properly, the valves are functioning as they should, and the actuator is communicating properly with the Building automation system according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
