The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the questions made by vendors in response to solicitation no. 36C24824Q0944 during the site survey. The questions made in response to the aforementioned solicitation during the site survey, as well as the answers are as follows: 1- Question: How will services be increased once the contract is awarded? Answer: In accordance with section 9 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) associated with this solicitation, in the event that additional services are required, the Contractor may submit a quote for the increase in services, which the Government will evaluate for price fair and reasonableness. The PWS has been revised to ensure this is stated. 2- Question: When will these maintenance service be provided? Answer: In order to minimize the impact to Government operations, these services shall be provided on weekends. Section 6.18 has been added to the PWS to reflect this. 3- Question: Who will move the trailers back to their location, after they have been taken to a location in response to an emergency, simulation, or outreach event? Answer: The Contractor shall move it back to its original location, after maintenance has been performed. The quote submission deadline remains May 17, 2024, 10:00 AM Atlantic Standard Time.
