The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only, to make appropriate acquisition decision, to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses, and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334510 MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Medical Diagnostic Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide a one-year lease of a Brand Name or Equal Canon 1.5T Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Mobile Trailer to the San Juan VA Medical Facility, Caribbean VA Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00921. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and capability statement to the requirement.
