The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Healthcare System (VACHS) at Lake Nona is seeking a business who can provide all equipment, labor, materials, to include tools and parts, transportation and supervision necessary to distribute and supply disposable home sleep study devices with cloud connectivity for a base of approximately twelve months and four twelve-month options. This package includes the following: a. Wrist Device b. Finger Probe c. Chest Sensor d. Packing e. Battery (optional) f. Smartphone app with cloud connectivity to transmit patient data.
