Vendor Questions and Answers Question 1: I am having a hard time interpreting the table starting on page 2 under Supplies/Services with regard to Quantity - would you please confirm the total number of annual Chemistry and Microscopic tests that should be used to calculate the CPRR? Answer: Chemistry 54,750 and Microscopic 24,000 Question 2: Under 5. Performance Requirements: ii Would you please clarify the number of instruments required for each of the below. --- does not recommend the need for two (2) digital imaging systems. Chemistry instrument Micrscopic instrument Digital imaging instrument Answer: 2 Chemistry Instrument, 2 Microscopy Instrument, and 1 Digital Imaging Instrument. Question 3: On page 20 of the solicitation it references a page limitation, however --- did not locate a page limitation number within the solicitation. Can you please advise if --- needs to limit the number of pages or documents included in our response? Answer: There is no page limitation for this solicitation. Question 4: A.2 VAAR 852.219-76 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SUPPLIES AND PRODUCTS (NOV 2022)- would you please confirm that this language is specific to small business concerns and does not require signature pn pages 27-28 of the solicitation as this is not a small business set aside and --- is a large business? Answer: This does not apply and does not require signature.
