Contract Period: Option Year 1 POP Begin: 4/4/2025 POP End: 4/3/2026 PRINCIPAL NAICS CODE: 541930 - Translation and Interpretation Services PRODUCT/SERVICE CODE: R608 - Support - Administrative: Translation and Interpreting GRAND TOTAL __________________ Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) uses on-site American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services to facilitate communication at events and meetings such as work-related meetings, training sessions, safety talks, discussions on work related procedures, policies and assignments, human resources actions, conferences, team building events and any other event attended by deaf or hard of hearing persons. Additionally, ASL interpreting services shall be provided to patients, their families, and visitors for the offices and agencies associated with the Bay Pines VAHCS for public events. The assignments are primarily performed at the various Bay Pines VAHCS locations outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract period of performance is 4/4/2024-4/3/2026.
