The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decision to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,200 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Caribbean VA Healthcare System is seeking a business who can provide all equipment, labor, materials, to include tools and parts, transportation, supervision, and disposal necessary to distribute and supply medical-grade gas for a base of twelve months and four twelve month options. This includes a contractor-owned tank with an appropriate back-up system. The gases includes: 1)Medical Grade OXYGEN GASEOUS, TYPE E, USP, UNI072, 2) NITROUS OXIDE, TYPE H, UN1070, BLUE TANK, 3) OXYGEN GASEOUS, TYPE H, UN1072, 4) NITROUS OXIDE 420GL, SIZE E GO, BLUE TANK, 5) HELIUM, COMPRESSED, 99.0%, INTRA AORTIC BALLOM, 6) CARBON DIOXIDE CO2, SIZE H (TYPE K) GREY, 7) CARBON DIOXIDE USP TYPE E, 8) AIR COMPRESSED, TYPE H, YELLOW TANK, 9) GAS, HELIUM, USP MEDICAL, SIZE H, 10) NITROGEN COMPRESSED REFILL TYPE H BLACK, 11) REFILL DEWARS, LIQUID NITROGEN, 25 LITERS (LD25), 12)REFILL DEWARS, LIQUID NITROGEN, 50 LITERS (LD50).
