The training is intended to be provided both face-to-face and virtual using a hybrid method, four times during Calendar Year (CY) 2024 with a maximum of up to 250 participants per session.

The Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS), leadership, identified the need for training and improving the leadership skills of all Title 5, Hybrid, Title 38, and Title 38 supervisors employed within the OVAHCS. Due to the laws, statutes, rules, and regulations applying to the Federal Government, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, these services should be provided by a contractor with prior Veterans Health Administration (VHA) experience. This experience is necessary when presenting information pertaining to Supervisory Human Resources and leadership topics.
