Answer: The RFQ is currently posted for five days and is deemed reasonable timeline for quotes to be submitted (turn-around). The contractor shall be able to complete the requirement for the base year by February 2024. The Government may consider substantive responses from vendors who demonstrate their inability to provide a quote within five days. A decision to extend the due date will be made, if such an occurrence for additional assessment must be made.
