THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, PROPOSAL OR BID. Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to determine if sources are capable of satisfying agency needs for service available in the commercial marketplace. This notice is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101, therefore it shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to an acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. NCO8 is issuing this notice to determine sources available to provide annual exterminating and pest control services for the Orlando VA Healthcare System interior and exterior land perimeter for the following facilities; Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Nona, Orlando VA Medical Center (Lake Baldwin), Viera VA Healthcare Center and the Orlando VA Lakemont Campus. The approximate combined square footage is 6,903.800. The Government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. Interested parties must respond to this notice by submitting ATTACHMENT A. Recommendations are highly encouraged and should be submitted on ATTACHMENT B. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services is $17.5 Million.
