The sources sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, size standard of 1,000 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking source to provide OSCILLATION & LUNG EXPANSION THERAPY SYSTEM for the Orlando VA in Orlando, Florida. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone, Email, System for Award Unique Identification Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements.
