The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services with a size standard of $19.0 Million. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida 32827 seeks interested sources to provide Audiology Analyzers/Audiometer (Hearing Aid Analyzer) for the Audiology Department. Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, SAM UEI Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZOne, etc..) and capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contracts for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities.
