Military Trail in West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400, intends to release Solicitation 36C248-24-Q-0299 for the purchase of Professional Services to provide annual and quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) services for Four (4) 700 KVA, Three (3) 2500 KVA and Two (2) XXXX KVA Caterpillar Emergency Diesel Generators. Generator sets are located at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida. The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail, Riviera Beach, FL 33410, has a requirement for these services as the current contract ended back in 2023. The Contractor shall provide a sufficient number of staff in order to meet the needs of the VA in accordance with this requirement. All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes, which is to be electronically issued, in commercial item format, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 on or about March 28 , 2024. The close date will be on or about April 11, 2024.
