The sources sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, size standard of 1,250 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a source to provide Audiology Analyzers(Audiometer Equipment) for the Daytona Outpatient Clinic in Daytona Beach, Florida. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contract, Phone, Email, System for Award Unique Identification Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc ), and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. This must not be generic line card, but something that the government can positivity use to determine the procurement strategy of this requisition.
