The contractor will provide all requested ... The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) operates a Home Oxygen program at 5910 Breckenridge Parkway, Tampa, FL 33610 which requires Janitorial Services. The contractor will provide all requested Janitorial Service, as identified within the statement of work (SOW) for the beneficiaries of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH). The contract term shall cover a one-year Base Period with four (4) one (1) year Option Periods; the 1-year option periods are subject to be exercised at the Government s discretion. The contractor s responsibility will cover janitorial services of the leased space located at 5910 Breckenridge Parkway, Tampa, FL 33610. The Contractor shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local safety and fire regulations and codes. The Contractor shall keep abreast of and comply with changes in these regulations and codes applicable to the contract. All materials and equipment used in performance of this contract will be removed from the facility or stored properly at the end of the workday and secured during the workday. If there is not adequate space to store all equipment on site, the contractor will be responsible for bringing equipment to and from the facility. The Contract Opportunities Solicitation will be posted on or before 2/23/2024.
