The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827 intends to solicit a request for quote (RFQ) from contractors for Autotransfusionist Services. The services shall be in support of eligible beneficiaries of the OVAMC under a firm fixed price contract type. The authority of for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The VA anticipates issuing a Small Business Set Aside solicitation for this requirement on or about December 29, 2023. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 03-07-2024 through 03-06-2025 for the base period.
