The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513120, Periodical Publisher, with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827. seeks interested sources to provide Online Health Database Library access for the Library Department. Interested and Qualified Vendors should be able to provide the following; Online Health Database Library access license. Concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact Phone Number, Fax, Email, Sam.gov UEI Number, Socio-Economic Category i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...), and capability Statement specific to the technical requirements.
