The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 Orlando intends to solicit and award an acquisition for a Cost Per Test-Anatomic Pathology Automated Staining Systems, to include a Tracking Automated and Digital Pathology system, reagents, calibrators, controls, consumable/disposable items, parts and accessories for the Caribbean Veterans Affairs Healthcare System located at 10 Casia Street, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00921. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable for this acquisition is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a related size standard 1,250 employees. The proposed action is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract, which will be advertised as unrestricted. The solicitation will be posted on or about 11/30/2023, via Opportunities website via Sam.gov. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01 dated 11/14/2023.
