The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Commodities Branch intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Ophthalmic Equipment for the Daytona VA Multispecialty Outpatient Clinic in Daytona Beach, Florida. The primary North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code applicable for this acquisition is 339115, Ophthalmic Goods Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed action is for a firm-fixed price single award, which will be advertised as a total set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business on or before 10/26/2023. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05, 09/22/2023.
