This notice is for market research purposes, to make the appropriate decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking businesses to provide a fully automated real-time PCR based molecular system (Brand Name or Equal: BioCartis Idylla) for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Concerns may respond by submitting qualification letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, SAM UEI Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc.) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the government determine your company s capability.
