This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide design and construction to replace all exterior windows system of ward J located on the second floor of South Bed Tower to comply with Acute Behavioral Health Intensive Care Unit Standards. The project also include repair and paint of all walls with windows to be replaced, as well as removing and disposing the existing windows system. This project will be comprised of the following stages: design, construction, and close-out. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about October 14, 2023. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV).
